Meet Bill & Michelle

Pig Pen BBQ, owned by Bill Warren and Michelle Matthews, is a proud family-owned and operated business rooted in traditional Texas BBQ. Bill, a retired Austin Police Department sergeant with a culinary journey that began at 14, and Michelle have turned their passion into a thriving BBQ venture. Their recipes have been passed down through generations, blending time-honored cooking techniques with the freshest ingredients to craft that unmistakable Texas flavor. Their dedication to quality and love for BBQ shine through in every meal, creating memorable experiences for their customers.
