Meet Jamie Rice

Jamie Rice, the owner and operator of Tacobaby, was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, where she developed a love for delicious cuisine from around the globe. After years of living in Austin, she opened Tacobaby, inspired by her deep love for tacos. After meeting her husband, a Texas smoke master, she incorporated smoked meats into the Tacobaby menu. They now have two lovely kids, Maddie and Max, who are growing up learning how to smoke meats and make tacos!
