Stef Cimini was born and raised in a small town in the center of Italy. She was an adventurous soul from an early age, and after graduating from high school, she left Italy and traveled for a few years across Spain and England to finally land in Austin. During her life journey, she acquired degrees, skills, and experience in different fields, such as culinary, marketing, event planning, hospitality, and management. With this strong background, Stef found her perfect fit as the owner of Dolce Bacio. This concept brings Italy’s authentic and sophisticated flavors outside its borders, exporting one of the country’s most iconic products: Gelato. What she loves the most about her job: “There is no better feeling than walking into an event and being welcomed by so many smiling faces. And the expression of pure joy the guests have when they approach the cart and choose their favorite flavor is priceless.”
